Lifespan Respite Care Program Volunteer

The Lifespan Respite Care Program is in need of volunteers to provide respite for caregivers of individuals with chronic conditions. Our mission is to provide respite in the family home in order to support the health and well-being of the caregiver. Respite allows the caregiver to rest and take care of everyday needs.

Training is provided and we will work to make the best possible match. There are opportunities available in all ten counties of the AAACAP service area.

Ombudsman Volunteer

• We need volunteers who can visit local area Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Our goal is to help provide the best possible quality of life for residents.
• Certification training is provided through the Ombudsman Program. Volunteers work with the Regional Ombudsman.
