Austin Travis County MHMR Center: 512-472-4357 (HELP line) Provides information and referral to a wide range of social and health related services in the Austin and Travis County area; also publishes a community resource guide. Fees: HELP line is free Capital Area Partnership for End-of-Life Care: 512-317-6860; A coalition of health care professionals, clergy, educators, and interested individuals organized to promote KLRU's September airing of the Bill Moyer's documentary about end-of-life care. On Our Own Terms. CAPEC's goal is to improve the quality of end-of-life care through-out central Texas. Last Acts: A national effort financially supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to raise awareness of the need to improve care of the dying and to share issues and ideas.
